10 Sep 2026, 13:13

The Venue Timpuri Noi Square is emerging as a modern hub for conferences and events, with a versatile space that can accommodate approximately 300 participants. Spanning around 400 square meters indoors and featuring a 300 square meter terrace, it provides a fresh setting for various gatherings.

This new venue is part of the ongoing development of Timpuri Noi Square, a project initiated in 2010 by Vastint România, which boasts over 36 years of real estate experience. The Venue is available to tenants of Timpuri Noi Square and all companies, enhancing the area's appeal for business and social events.

Conveniently located near the Timpuri Noi metro station, The Venue offers easy access from different parts of Bucharest. Additionally, the restaurants within Timpuri Noi Square are ready to complement events with a variety of catering options.

Designed by turnerbates Design & Architecture, a London-based studio known for its work in hospitality and mixed-use projects, The Venue embodies Vastint's continuous evolution in design. Co-founder Howard Bates and concept designer Joanna Gomm have ensured that the space is both adaptable and distinctive.

As Timpuri Noi Square continues to grow, the second phase of the project is underway, which will be the largest office development currently under construction in Bucharest. This phase will add an impressive 60,000 square meters of gross leasable area through two new buildings, TN04 and TN05, and will include 690 parking spaces.

Aiming for real energy efficiency, this phase will feature 1,700 square meters of photovoltaic panels and 200 geothermal wells, all while completely eliminating the use of natural gas, making it a first for the local market. The second phase is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026, with full operational status expected in 2027.

Overall, Timpuri Noi Square reflects the philosophy of Vastint's team, showcasing a commitment to modern, sustainable architecture that meets the needs of businesses and the community alike.
