Centropolitan sets a new standard for premium urban living in Bucharest

Centropolitan, a premium residential project currently under construction in the heart of Bucharest, is poised to redefine urban living in the city. Located near Bucureşti Mall and Piaţa Alba Iulia, this ambitious development marks a significant milestone for Cordia România, a member of Futureal Group, and signifies the beginning of a new era for the company in Romania.

With construction officially beginning in early 2023, Centropolitan will feature 274 premium apartments, ranging in size from 42 to 156 square meters, and approximately 3,345 square meters of integrated commercial spaces. The total investment for this project is estimated at around 65 million euros, with over 13 million euros in transactions recorded from sales and reservations since its launch.

Approximately 80% of the buyers are end-users, showcasing strong demand for quality living spaces in the city. The project is designed according to the '10-minute city' concept, combining a premium central location with a mix of residential, commercial, and lifestyle functions. Residents will benefit from exclusive facilities, including coworking and networking spaces, hospitality-inspired social areas, fitness and wellness amenities, and community zones dedicated to families.

Centropolitan not only aims to offer contemporary urban living but also to establish new standards of quality and community-oriented design. The development is positioned as one of the key residential projects in the city, following the successful delivery of PARCULUI20, which included 485 apartments and transformed the Expoziţiei area into a major residential destination.

The groundbreaking ceremony for Centropolitan took place in June 2026, with a construction schedule extending over the next two years. The project is expected to be completed in the second half of 2028, further solidifying Cordia's commitment to enhancing the urban landscape of Bucharest.
