CS Dinamo cultivates young talent under Ionuț Chirilă's leadership

CS Dinamo is making headlines with its commitment to nurturing young talent, featuring players as young as 16 years old in their lineup. In a recent match at Șelimbăr, coach Ionuț Chirilă fielded a starting eleven that included players aged 18, 19, 20, and 22, showcasing the club's strategic focus on youth development.

Among the promising talents is 16-year-old Robert Lecca and 17-year-old Ayan Anghel, both integral to the team's future. The average age of the squad is just 20.5 years, reflecting a fresh and dynamic approach that has drawn attention and praise.

Chirilă's efforts have not gone unnoticed. Former LPF president Dumitru Dragomir has commended him, noting that while Chirilă is known for his talkative nature, he is genuinely dedicated to his profession. Dragomir highlighted the talent Chirilă has been able to cultivate, indicating that he is on the right path towards building a successful team.

This season has already brought a significant victory for Chirilă, with a 2-1 win against Chindia Târgoviște in the fourth round. This win is particularly meaningful for Chirilă, marking his return to football after a five-year hiatus and ending a 12-year stretch without a triumph, the last of which was in September 2014.
