Deloitte România promotes three leaders in management team

Deloitte România is enhancing its management team with the promotions of Andrei Evi, Elena Barbu, and Dan-Alexandru Marin, effective from September 2026.

Andrei Evi joins the management team from the financial consulting department, bringing over 15 years of experience in the financial-banking sector in Romania and Austria. He has led teams on risk and regulatory projects for financial institutions across Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, and has contributed to initiatives implemented by four European supervisory authorities.

Elena Barbu, who has been with Deloitte România since 2019, comes from the audit and related services department. With over 12 years of experience in financial audit and assurance, she has coordinated complex audit missions for multinational and entrepreneurial companies, collaborating with leading organizations in Romania. Elena holds a degree in accounting, auditing, and management informatics from ASE București and is a member of ASPAAS, CAFR, and CECCAR.

Dan-Alexandru Marin, who has nearly 20 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity, hails from the cybersecurity consulting department. His expertise encompasses penetration testing, red teaming, and offensive security. He has managed complex projects for organizations in various sectors, including finance, healthcare, aviation, automotive, education, and the public sector, and has conducted cybersecurity assessments for prominent institutions and companies. His experience also includes TIBER-RO projects, web and mobile application security testing, and evaluating network infrastructures.
