Eaton invests in Maramureș with new production facility

Eaton has embarked on an exciting journey by launching the construction of a new factory in Maramureș, marking a significant step in local employment and economic growth. This investment, totaling 6 million dollars, underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its footprint in Romania.

The new facility, located in the village of Sârbi, will serve as the third production unit for Eaton in the county. With a project value of 26 million lei, it promises to bring new opportunities to the region.

The construction will feature a spacious hall covering 5,000 square meters, designed to enhance production capabilities and efficiency. Pamela Mack, Operations Director of the PMCC Division at Eaton Group, expresses the company's enthusiasm for this development, highlighting the positive impact it will have on the local community.
