Mister Air launches cargo flights with new Boeing 757

Mister Air, a newly established cargo airline based in Romania, is set to launch its operations with the arrival of a Boeing 757-200PCF. This marks a significant milestone for the company, as it prepares to enter the commercial flight sector under its own air operator certificate.

Founded in 2023, Mister Air aims to build a dedicated fleet of medium-range cargo aircraft. The Boeing 757-200PCF will be the first in a series of aircraft that will help the airline connect key production and e-commerce hubs across Central and Eastern Europe.

Mister Air is backed by Polish associates, with Ireneusz Dylczyk holding 55% ownership and serving as the company's CEO. The airline operates from its base at Władysław Reymont Airport in Lódź, Poland, and is managed by AerCommerce, which specializes in cargo charter services.

With a focus on express e-commerce and parcel transport between Asia, the Middle East, and Central and Eastern Europe, Mister Air plans to provide both regular and on-demand freight services. The introduction of the Boeing 757-200PCF, known for its high payload capacity and operational reliability, is expected to enhance these offerings.

Despite having reported zero revenue since its establishment, Mister Air had a revenue of 248,000 lei in 2025, while its debts stood at 318,000 lei. The arrival of the Boeing aircraft in October is anticipated to be a turning point for the company, as Dylczyk notes that it lays the groundwork for additional cargo planes.

Mister Air is committed to offering services where the use of wide-body aircraft would be economically unfeasible, and it aims to serve a well-established customer base through its collaboration with AerCommerce. This new venture represents an optimistic step forward for Romania's aviation industry and the broader logistics landscape in the region.
