AFI România is set to make a significant impact on the Cotroceni area with the construction of their first hotel, located behind the AFI Cotroceni mall. This ambitious project will not only introduce a new hospitality venue but also enhance the local community through the addition of residential and office spaces.

Spanning over 4.2 hectares, the development will feature a new 10-story office building, known as AFI Park 6, which will include three underground levels. These sublevels will connect with the basements of other buildings on the site, creating a cohesive structure that supports both office and residential needs.

AFI Park 6 will provide a total of 342 parking spaces, with a forward-thinking approach that includes 68 spots designated for electric vehicle charging stations. This commitment to sustainability aligns with modern urban planning trends, making the development more accessible for future residents and visitors.

In the second phase of the project, AFI plans to construct two residential buildings that will house 348 apartments, designed to accommodate approximately 797 residents. The residential complexes will rise to 13 stories and feature duplex levels and technical floors, catering to a variety of living arrangements and lifestyle preferences.

Controlled by Israeli billionaires Roni and Yehuda Naftali, this development signals a growing investment in Romania's infrastructure and urban landscape, promising to enrich the community and provide new opportunities for both residents and businesses alike.
