Digmatix expands into Romania with Elian Solutions acquisition

Digmatix, a leader in Microsoft Business Applications solutions, is making its entry into the Romanian market by acquiring Elian Solutions. This strategic move marks a significant expansion for the Latvian-based company, which services clients in over 40 countries.

Elian Solutions is one of Romania's key players in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. As a principal Microsoft partner in Romania, Elian Solutions has successfully completed over 250 implementations and has shown robust revenue growth in recent years. The company is part of the Bittnet Systems group and has a certified location.

Deloitte România played a crucial role in facilitating this acquisition, providing financial and tax due diligence services. Radu Dumitrescu, Partner Coordinator at Deloitte România, highlighted that the transaction confirms the attractiveness of Romania's IT industry for strategic investors and involves the consolidation of Elian Solutions with its subsidiary, Elian Development.

With a rich history spanning over 180 years and a global presence in more than 150 countries, Deloitte employs around 470,000 professionals worldwide, including 3,300 in Romania. The team, including leaders like Vlad Bălan and Laura Necșuliu, is dedicated to supporting significant transactions like this one, showcasing the growing potential within Romania's technology sector.
