One High District welcomes a new World Class club focused on holistic fitness and recovery

World Class România has officially inaugurated a new club in One High District, representing a significant investment of 3 million euros. This facility spans over 2,000 square meters and is categorized as Platinum, marking it as the first club designed entirely in line with the company’s new strategic vision.

The architecture of the club draws inspiration from the principles of quiet luxury, creating a serene environment for fitness, recovery, and relaxation. The spaces for training and recovery are organized into a cohesive concept, ensuring that members have a seamless experience.

Members of the new club can look forward to specialized training areas that include Pilates Reformer, Booty Builder, group fitness studios, and HYROX. The club is equipped with high-performance equipment for cardio, strength, and functional training, alongside aquatic facilities that feature two Cold Plunge Tubs and a semi-Olympic swimming pool with four lanes.

A standout feature of the club is its focus on understanding and improving the body. The new concept includes a Longevity Check service, which offers members an overview of their physical condition and functional capacities. This assessment combines bioimpedance analysis with motion tracking technology and evaluates six dimensions: Body, Mobility, Balance, Mind, Strength, and Cardio.

To further enhance recovery, the club introduces a dedicated space called the Recovery Corner, designed for efficient post-workout recovery. Additionally, the Longevity Lounge will provide personalized programming overseen by a Longevity Coach, starting with a comprehensive evaluation in the Assessment Lab.

The Assessment Lab will analyze crucial indicators such as biological age, VO2 max, stress response, recovery capacity, body composition, and levels of proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Based on these insights, a tailored fitness journey will be created, complemented by innovative therapies like red light therapy, dry float, infrared sauna, and brain gym.

The club also prioritizes family, featuring a dedicated locker area for children and offering members access to covered parking with the first two hours free. With this new club, World Class România not only highlights its commitment to fitness but also paves the way for a holistic approach to health and well-being.
